Grinding Wheel Testing Machine

Our range if grinding wheel-testing machine is developed for enhancing the speed of grinding operations. Additionally, the grinding wheel angle can be changed and force can be controlled during the grinding operation. Along with an instantaneous power, grinding force and angle display on MMI display unit, it offers data acquisition at the rate of 100 samples per second. These Grinding Wheel Testing Machine are available with the following specifications:

* Displays graphical data
* Can be connected with PC through port; report generation and historic data can be viewed.
* Force applied by floating pneumatic cylinder with a resolution of 10 grams (ranging from 100-35 gms).
* Power measurement by hall effect transducer (ranging from 0.1 Kw i? 100 KW), force measurement by precision load cell accuracy 0.03%, angle measurement by high-resolution potentiometer 0.01 % (range 10 deg. i? 45 deg).
