Our range of Cracking Paste is mainly used to produce pattern cracking effect on general fabrics. It is environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.
Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.
Appearance: white HCG402; milky HCG410
PH value: 6.5-7
Features: Non-tacky, Soft Hand, cracking evenly and vividly, Formula:
For white: HCG402 80%-90%, HCG410 10%-20%
For medium color intensity: HCG402 40%-50%, HCG410 50%-60%
For high color intensity: HCG402 10%-20%, HCG410 80%-90%
Pigment emulsion no more than 10 %.
Printing process: Base printing for 2 runsa cracking paste printing for 3 runsa air dry or through dryera cracking pattern produceda 130A C-150A C for 2 minutes through dryer or 130A C-150A C heat pressing for 10-15 secondsa 2 hours washing fastness at 60A C for 3 times or more.
Packing: 60kgs/HDPE drum for HCG402; 50kgs/HDPE drum for HCG410
Attention: 1.5%-3% special catalyst is recommended for better adhesion. Sharpness of cracking depends on paste deposit printed.
