Elastic White Clear Paste - Resin Tio2 Slurry, Ph 6.5-7.0, High Elasticity, Eco-friendly, Non-ionic

This paste was strictly tested and successfully passed the Environmental-Friendly Inspection according to Japanese Standard.
The formaldehyde content is in accordance with the Japanese Infant Standard (The latest test report is available).
This kind of paste are widely used for the various high-quality textile printing pattern design as well the environmental-friendly exported textile printing products.

Property :
A: 2800 ;White slurry paste appearance.
588 : Elastic transparent, beige slurry paste.
B: was compounded by environment-friendly super-soft and high-elastic resin, imported additives, TiO2.
C: Viscosity: 140,000-150,000 CPS.
D: non-ion property.
E: PH value: 6.5-7.0
F: Shelf Life: 1 year. (well sealed under normal temperature)

Application :
1. 100-120 mesh is suggested, to select different mesh based on different pattern. For normal cotton, two times printing by come-and-go, for high elastic fabric, apply 588 to render two times, then apply the well formulated paste . This can be ensure the best result.
2. This type of paste must be cure at 140-150a for 2-3 minutes, for hot-pressing, 140-150a for 10-15 minutes.
3. Suggested Formulation: 2800--30% 588-70% pigment: 5% (within)
Attention:
To adjust the shade of color based on customer's requirment, too much pigment will cause the discoloration, be better to control the consumption of pigment with 5%, if the dark color is needed, please add 2% color fixing agent PC100 .
