I. Quality Indexes
(1) Appearance: bluish milk white liquid
(2) Composition: Multi-member copolymer latex of self-linking acrylic ester
(3) Solid content: 41A 1%
(4) Viscosity: The initial viscosity is less than 120CP; working viscosity exceeds 8700CP.
(5)PH Value: 3~4

III. Application scope:
It is suitable for electrostatic flocking on cotton or cotton blended fabrics.

IV. Reference formula:
Magma ammonia cross-linking agent/catalyst: 100%, 2.4 grams/5 grams/1 gram (PH6.0~6.5)(PH6.8~7.0)

V. Processes
Printing (or coating) on fabrics----flocking----drying ----curing for 5 minutes under a temperature of 100A C.

VI. Precautions:
(1) Do no store it in a place where the temperature is above 40A C or under 0A C.
(2) The curing temperature and time must be strictly controlled.
(3) The Quality guarantee period is 6 months under room temperature.
