Gas Sample Probe

The Gas Sample Probe is applicable to continuous extractive sampling system such as stack emission sampling from the boiler of fuel and coal and it is especially designed for all kinds of extraction sample gas for gas analyser and pretreatment system in continuous gas collection.

The gas sample pipe adopts 5Aum ceramic filter and it is equipped with heater which could avoid the sample gas condensation. The timing back flushing system prevent any blocking under long-time working condition. The gas sample pipe is made of 316L steel which could bear 300a , and even higher temperature request by customer.

Replace the filter doesna t need any tools and nor dismantle the sampling pipe or sampling line. The gas sample probe could adjust the temperature of the whole filter chamber due to unique design of temperature controller and heater.
