Fully Servo Driven Motor Robot (St3&5) series are used for rapid and precise removal of sprue and runner for recycling after injection molding machine finished products lay aside in the position where needed 3 axes servo robot for hot runner plate mould, 5-axis for 2-plate mold, 3-plate mold or hot runner mold. suitable for the use with plastics injection molding machine 2800T-3600T.
Function
ST3/5 series robot is mainly used for injection molding product and the sprue removed. 3 axes servo robot for hot runner plate mould, 5-axis for 2-plate mold, 3-plate mold and hot runner mold. There are having limit sensors on every axesa s limit position. Every axis driven by servo, run fast and precise position. There is limit sensor switch on the limit position of axes, make sure work safety.

Malfunction Protection
The product has both mechanical and electrical limit protection to prevent any accident due to improper operation.

Continuous Path
The axes of this series robots can work at the same time, can short the working cycle period.

Self- Protection
The axes of this series robots driven by servo, can avoid damages when the power off suddenly, the arm drop down.

Emergency Stops Function
There is the emergency stop button on the hand controller. When the emergency stop button is pressed, the robot will stop working. The gripper and vacuum vales and the vacuum pump are not disconnected, to avoid dropping parts from the gripper.
