Operating principles of machine:
After the loading is done in the machine hopper, the vibrating feeder lets the tablets to fall on the spinning disc of the machine. The disc then aligns the fall of the tablets in a row through the slot type chute using a photoelectric sensor into a double nozzle system. After the count reaches the selected count, the flip is activated and changes the path of the falling tablets at the same time. The conveyor cylinder is operated to push the filled container. Speed of the machine varies as per different aspects like product type, size and bottleneck diameter.
