Application: Application for high voltage testing of insulativity of separator and short circuit testing of battery plate, for 2.5~28Ah motorcycle batteries.
Operation: The battery will be automatically located by the magic eye and test probe gets down to the right position automatically to proceed insulativity and short circuit testing between the positive plate and negative plate in each cell. If unqualified, the machine will send out alarm signal. The unqualified battery will be pushed to branch workbench (Non-Conforming Parts Area). If qualified; the battery will be automatically delivered to the next working process.
