The air knife system on YLB model enables the machine to proceed varnishing on thin papers. (An optional air knife system can be added on primer varnishing system.)
Dual dust remover system can ensure the cleanness of paper surface before varnishing and therefore the quality of varnishing is improved greatly.
The UV light curing system has full-lighting mode and half-lighting mode, which can extend the service life of UV lamps. The UV lamp stand can be moved up or moved down by air pressure system under emergency situation to ensure the safety and reduce the loss.
YLT/B-3 model with single dust remover system is a flexible choice for limited space.
