Features of Fully Automatic High-speed UV Spot Varnishing Machine:

The machine is fully automatic high-speed designed with single-side adjustment, and the press plate can be changed in a very short time. These characteristics are able to enhance the productivity greatly.

The conveyer system adopts gripper transport system of printing press. The system is able to ensure the machine can transport both thick paper and thin paper, and has some advantages such as lower noise, lower rate of malfunction, and easier to change the size of sheet.

SW model with infrared drying system is able to use environmental-friendly water-based oil for the production.

A rubber press plate can be used for simple partial varnishing, and a resin press plate can be used for accurate partial varnishing.

The reversed-rotate pressure roller can control the thickness and evenness of UV oil application. (Ceramic Anilox Roller with Doctor-blade Chamber System for UV oil application is optional.)

The machine has a stainless steel conveyer under the UV drying system. Once the paper falls down to the conveyer, the conveyer will transport the paper out of UV drying system automatically to prevent the possible fire accident.
