ACCUMAXa Manufacture various types of hot forged rings, CNC machined for bearing industries (Ball bearings, Taper bearings, Spherical bearings & Cylindrical bearings) other Automotive and Industrial Rings.
The entire Ring forging process consist of 5 station.
The heated bar is cut into reuqired blank size through shearing operation.
At 1st station- Upsetting operation is performed.
At 2nd station- Punching/Cup operation is performed.
At 3rd station- Center piece Trimming/Piercing operation is performed.
At 4th station- Rolling operation is performed up to required size.
At 5th and final station- Sizing process is performed as per drawing.
