Railbound Forging Manipulators by Hengjun are equipped with high-dynamic drives that they ensure reliability and repeatability of all forging cycles.

This series manipulators can perform five movements,
a c The mobile carriage (travelling frame) moves freely along prescribed path, the gripper carrier rises and lowers, moves forwards and backwards, (all driven by motors, or hydraulically for large tonnage work load),
a c The gripper head clamps (by mechanical drive, for small tonnage work load, or hydraulic or pneumatic drives) and rotates (by hydraulic drive or motor).
