Full-hydraulic Forging Manipulator (1t~260t)

We are offering our customers a wide range of Full-Hydraulic Forging Manipulator (1T~260T). 1T~260T specification, applied to work in with Forging Press for forging operation. It is equipped with Full Hydraulic drives and is specially designed for operating at heavy-duty forging presses. It ensure reliability and repeatability of all forging cycles. Even an upgrade of existing forging presses with our machines will improve throughput and capacity of these installations.
Forging Manipulators by HUADONG own 7 major functions: Tong clamping and loosening, clamp 360 degree continuous rotation, clamp parallel lifting, clamp tilting, clamp holder horizontal side shifting, clamp holder horizontal side swinging, manipulator travelling forwards and backwards.
