The D53K Series numerically controlled radical-axial ring rollers, which integrate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and digital mechanisms, perform advanced efficiency in rolling high-quality seamless rings in radial and axial directions at the same time by adopting CNC technology with high productivity as well as excellent precision and accuracy. They are widely used to process high strength ring-like pieces such as bearing rings, gear rings, flanges, wheel hubs, thin-walled barrels, and welding neck flanges etc out of a variety of materials including carbon steels, stainless steels, titanium alloys, copper alloys, aluminum alloys and many other super alloys in the mechanical, petrochemical, textile, construction machinery, aerospace, aviation and shipping industries and electric energy sources etc.
