Introduction

"NOVA" Floculator (JarTesting Apparatus) allows efficient & economical flocculation test work.

Application

"NOVA" Floculator (Jar Testing Apparatus) is specially designed for use in Water Treatment Plant, Research Application, Microbiological work as a Jar Testing Apparatus to estimate the dozing of Alum and such other coagulants for treatment of water and sewage. It provides identical test condition for all samples.

It is suitable for continuous run in any laboratory.

Construction

The base of the body is made of M.S./G.I. sheet duly enamel paint or powder coated. Upper box is also made of M.S./G.I. sheet duly painted.

The lower portion is fitted with fluorescent tube with the top cover translucent plastic plate to provide diffuse cold light through the floc samples.

The gears are fitted in the upper box which are run by Variable speed geared DC Motor/PMDC motor. S.S. stirring rods are provided with adjustable spacers to adjust the depth of stirring paddle.

The stirrer shaft can be remove/lift manually (mechanical) for each shaft without disturbing other shaft.

• Other RPM Like 10 to 150, 10 to 200, 5/6 to 100, 5/6 to 150, 5/6 to 200 (Any one) can be provided on request.
