Characteristics
1. Eco friendly thickener for aqueous printing
2. Strong water cohesive and thickening ability
3. High concentration, small dosage, no influence to handle, good color yield, sharp definition.
4. To enhance colour depth in loop ager for disperse prints.
5. Tested by independent testing centers (SGS) in China.
6. Available to be used in cotton cloth, T/C cloth, nylon, special fibers and pass 110-120 degrees of heat treatment after finishing printing.

Usage
Self-crosslinking type of binder,good compatibility with various pigments,preparation of paste,no fouling or clogging,good stability,directly mixed with pigment and thickener to prepare paste.Low formaldehyde content,can meet the requirements for export,application to pigment printing of various fiber fabrics.

Application methods
Mixed with pigment, thickener and water for paste with stirring,adding some crosslinker(10-15% ratio to binder) will obtain better results,printing,drying and curing at 150A C for 3 minutes or 170-180A C for 30 seconds.If dosage of pigment is 5-8%,adding 10-20% binder,for printing special dark color,increase the binder dosage.
Package and storage: 200kg plastic drum, sealed at cool,dry place, validity for 6 months.
