Flame Hardening Machine
Working process: The liquid oxygen and propane are converted into gas and conveyed to flame generator by means of a vaporizer. The flame generator is mounted on a movable rail and adjusts the position of the flame generator according to the thickness and diameter of the saw blade. After positioning, start the main shaft drive to rotate the workpiece, and then ignition, open the workpiece cooling water, adjust the flame by adjusting the inlet gas proportion of the flame generator, observe the workpiece heating depth, open quenching cooling water after arriving requirements.
