. The dryer is prefabricated in modules.Modules insulation adopts insulate fiber. Each modules have an accident handling door for convenient in handling the broken adobes inside the dryer tunnel.

The hot resource of horizontal dryer is mainly coming from the kiln fume, rest hot or hot energy generated by hot air generator.The hot air is enforced sent in by scattered sections, then eliminated out through many specially designed humidity exits, which forms the required drying atmosphere humidity and temperature inside the dryer to achieve the aim of fast drying products safely
. Some detective points arranged outside the dryer to supervise the temperature curve of dryer.The dryer system adopts 45A bevel gears which speed adjust by inverters and the dryer cycle can be adjust in large scale.
Multilayer dryer use seamless steel tubes or low temperature ceramic roller conveyor products. The design has single, double, three layer, five layer channels for different requirements. Products in the channel with the roller drive, after the preheating zone, water zone and cooling zone, the whole dryer assembled by standard module box.
