Key Features
Normally the inert gas only can remove very small size of inclusion. The left inclusion should be removed by the filtration system.
The normal use is ceramic foam filter. It can remove the majority inclusions.
The filter box is equipped with main body, the preheating system and control system.
The main body is composed of refractory box body, steel shell, insulation board, heated lid with opening system and temperature control system.
Electric preheating system is composed of heater and installed inside the lid. Ita s of high heat efficiency and easily maintained.
The control system is included heating control and lid lifting control. The cover lid is designed to auto lid lifting design. The open angle is more than 90A . It also equipped with limit sector. It is convenient for cleaning.
