Product Description

1. Fiberglass rubber-covered rope is made from multi-strand braided fiberglass bulked yarn.

2. The rope surface is covered with a silicone layer.

3. Temperature resistance: continuous use temperature -60C to +230C. Selecting high-temperature resistant silicone coating can increase the continuous use temperature.

4. Convenient for on-site construction.

Application Scope

Suitable for industrial thermal insulation; petroleum pipeline wrapping; cable high-temperature protection wrapping; exhaust pipeline thermal insulation wrapping; bolted flange connection sealing; petroleum drilling rig brake shoes; thermal radiation blocking; high-temperature furnace door curtains and mechanical high-temperature friction auxiliary materials; caulking, thermal insulation, and sealing gaskets; generator set electrostatic precipitator robot access doors, inspection doors, and insulator chamber sealing.

Working Condition Suitability and Restrictions

The temperature resistance of the product is determined by the silicone coating layer. Beyond the temperature range, the silicone layer will age, harden, crack, and detach, losing sealing elasticity, leaving only the fiberglass base material. Suitable for dry sealing and thermal insulation conditions. Not suitable for conditions involving strong acid or alkali corrosion, long-term immersion in organic solvents, high-speed medium erosion, or continuous open flame burning. Cannot be used as a main load-bearing friction component for continuous use. No active fire extinguishing function.

Usage Precautions

1. Cutting and processing generate fiber dust. Maintain ventilation during operation and wear dust-proof protective equipment.

2. Selection should be based on actual working condition temperature. Operation beyond the continuous use temperature is prohibited.

3. Regularly inspect the silicone layer for hardening, cracking, or damage. In case of failure, replace promptly.
