Fertilizer Broadcaster - Plastic Body, 12-litre Capacity | Easy-feed Control, Comfortable Breast Shape, Portable Shoulder Straps

Our fertilizer broadcaster is useful for broadcasting the fertilizers in the field and to get uniform distribution of the same. The broadcaster consists basically of a hopper, spreading disk and gearbox. Hopper body and spreading disc are made of plastics.

The capacity of the hopper is 12 litres. The spreading disc rotates in horizontal direction at the peripheral speed of 500 A 50 cm/s with the help of gear box mounted inside the spreading body (lower part) of broadcaster. While the spreading disc is in motion, the fertilizer from hopper falls on the disk and it broadcasts the fertilizer in uniform way in the field. The flow of fertilizer from the hopper is regulated by the feed control mechanism.

The breast shape is given on the lower part of the broadcaster for comfortably carrying by the operator on the belly. The crank handle assembly is to be fitted in the aperture given. Two shoulder straps with buckles are provided to carry broadcaster. On spreading body a long horizontal slot is provided. In this slot the feed regulator level moves to & from and controls the flow of fertilizers. The gear box is packed with sufficient quantity of grease for lubrication.
