Extruder For Snacks

Our leading industry is offering a superior quality of Extruder for Snacks. And the Extruder concerns a total line set up, all equipment you need to make snacks. The line starts at the mixer (vertical model for grits, loading from floor level), screw conveyor and extruder (all 3 form one large buffer of raw materials, 1 mix every hour needed, all works automatic, controlled by level indicator in extruder hopper). The extruder is the new direct drive model. Direct drive means no bearing housing, no V-belt and no motor sticking out anymore, but a very strong drive by 4 synchronized motors, captured in 1 box, that drives the main shaft direct via sprocket wheels; result is strongest drive available !) next snacks are blown to the dryer, an electrical IR powered drum dryer with automatic temperature regulation, then coating drum and flavor making equipment (slurry maker). The slurry maker is unique to Lalesse: it makes fresh slurry in a continuous way at 10 ltrs, and allows endless production runs: oil and flavor powder can be added during production. At a stop only 10 ltrs of slurry remains in the system. And: slurry is no pumped to the coating drum, no more problems due to blocked pump ! To complete the line a conveyor and buffer silo are added, The buffer silo has a vibratory discharge, this part is controlled by the packaging machine.
