We offers Feeding & Distribution system; Z Type Elevator, used to elevate & feed material at multiple points, while having a single infeed point. The Fabcon bucket elevator has been designed while keeping in mind the rugged work environment and the need for continuous feeding / conveying of desired item. The elevator can be used in various industries for products like snacks, namkeens, confectionary, pulses & grains, small plastic components, grits & granules for food, pharma, plastic & other industries.
a The elevator can easily carry upto 1000 kgs per hour of extruded snacks or 6000 kgs of raw peanuts. This is a huge capacity, which easily meets the requirement of most of the applications for raw /semi -processed & finished products. It is equipped with 304 grade SS sheet and fitted with buckets of food grade which is made out of polypropylene, with volume of approx. 2.6 liters. It is provided with drive system that has torque limiter, electronic sensors, pneumatics, electronic console panel with V.F.D. and control circuit that ensures long life to the machine.
