Product :
A Single pack ready to use, ultra high strength, free flowing, non shrink grout. K-5 STONEHARD 60 is a blend of specially processed cement and special fillers, free from corrosive substances and additives.

Uses :
Bolt pockets and base plate grouting of all equipment, Crane, stanchion bases and all type of machinery with dynamic load.

Description :

K-5 STONEHARD 60 is based on specially processed cement containing fillers and additives. K-5 STONEHARD 60 is supplied as ready to use grout requiring addition of precise quantity of water at site (3.750 to 4 Litre/25 Kg Grout). K-5 STONEHARD 60 is suitable for gap widths of between 10mm - 50mm. For width less than 10mm K-5 STONEHARD EP resin grout can be used (see separate data sheet for more information) for thickness in excess of 50mm. (say 75-100), cleaned washed 10mm aggregates can be incorporated at the rate of 50% - 100% of the quantity of grout used.
