Emar Dahi Vada

We are manufacturing and supplying huge range of Emar Dahi Vada from Pune Maharashtra India. Take one measure of this Mix. Add one measure of water to it. Mix well so that no lumps are left. Allow the mixture to remain for 15 minutes. Heat oil well. Prepare medium size vadas and deep fry them till golden brown. Remove vadas & let them cool for 5 minutes. Place vadas in a pot. Take one measure of curd to one measure of water. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and mix well. Pour this liquid curd on the vadas and keep for 10 minutes. (Keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hr. before serving.) Take another 2-3 cups of curd add sugar to taste and mix it. Take a small bowl place 2-4 vadas spread sweet curd sprinkle black pepper red chilli jeera powder & table salt to taste and serve. Additionally these can be availed from us in huge quantities at reasonable price.
