Hanger shot blast machine is widely used for cleaning the surface of various castings, structural parts, non-ferrous alloy parts and other parts. Specifically,hanger shot blast machine can deal with workipieces with diameters ranging from 500 mm to 2000 mm and heights from 1000 mm to 2500 mm.hanger shot blast machine suitable for surface cleaning of mediumsmall casting.sometimes it also replace trolley type shot blasting machine for cleaning bigger casting along with increasing of loading of hook.

Q:.How long can the spare parts be used?
A: Generally, the blade can be used about 600 hours, distributor ,control cage can up to 800-1000hours,liners in the shot blasting room for 6000hours.

Q:How to install the machine?
A:As standars machine, we will send installation cedio, As non-standard machine,We will arrange 1~2 engineers to your factory to guide installation and assembly.

Q: Do you sell steel shot or steel grit which can be uses in shot blasting machine?
A: We have four production lines for steel shot and steel grit production.We also supply metal abrasive.
