White Liner Chipboard :

White Liner Chipboard is a grade of Paperboard which is typically made from Layers of Waste Paper, White Un-Used Paper, Recycle Fibers and Thin Layers of Virgin Pulp Sheet as well sometimes.

The first Layer is White, which is made from bleached chemical wood Pulp, goes on the outside of the carton and carries the printing

The various Grey Layers are composed of waste paper. The second layer or underline may also comprise bleached chemicals pulp or mechanical pulp.

The reverse side layer can be made from specially selected recycled pulp or may be white through the use of bleached chemical pulp. There are additional grades of unlined chipboards with coloured (dyed) liner plies.

Test Liner Board :

Test Liners are grades of Paper Board made from Recycle Paper. It is widely used for production of corrugated boards. A typical Carton box consists of layers of linerboard and one layer of medium. They have excellent strength properties including tensile, burst, compression as well as reduced roughness to aid superior print-ability and good water resistance.
