Vertical Double Quartz Distillation Unit - 1-10 L/hr Output Capacity, Quartz Boiler & Condenser, Triple Safety Features, Pyrogen Free Water

We are offering Double Water Distillation Unit to our consumers.
Both Panel & XL Series will have quartz boiler. Quartz condenser and quartz sheathed heater to provide double dis-tilled water of high purity, free of pyrogen.
In the Panel series, built in safety features are not provided and hence a safety control unit will have to be used addi-tionaly for the safety of the unit.
XL series is an advanced model with replaceable quartz heater and Triple built In safety features.
1. Gate valve : To avoid cooling water wastage during power failure. 2. Flow switch : Unit shuts off, if cooling water to condenser fails. 3. PTS : The Boiler is equipped with pressure temperature switch which will enable the unit to switch off if the water level goes below the heater.
In Panel Series the output capacity of the distiller will be 1, 1.5, Z 25, 3, 4 & 5 IJhr. In Xl. Series the output capacity will be 1. 1.5. 2, 2.5. 3. 4. 5. 6. 8 & 10 1/hr.
The quality of the distilate in both panel and XL series will be the same.
