Compact Water Distillation Unit

We are providing Compact Water Distillation Unit to our esteemed consumers. Compact stills are manufactured either from high quality borosilicate glass or semi conductor grade quartz, incorporating a high quality double coil condenser and boiler system, combined with quartz sheathed heating element, which provides high quality pyrogen free distilled water. The whole distilation unit is enclosed in a cabinet, which can enable to avoid breakages, damages etc., due to mishandling.
Compact Stills are designed for 100% safe and automatic operations with the following features.
1. Flow control safety : To enable the unit to work under lower pressure than the normal pressure sources
2. Gate valve : To prevent wastage of cooling water during power failure.
3. Level Sensor : To switch of the unit when there is no water in the boiler.
4. Reservoir Sensor : To have automatic operation of the still.
5. The unit can be either table mounted or wall mounted.
Compact Stills are available in single and double distillation in borosilicate and quartz material to provide an output capacity of 2LThr, 41.Thr & SLAG Pyrogen free distillate quality.
