Key Features
High Pressure air compressor are reciprocating 2 cylinders, double
stage, air cooled and can be supplied with electric motor or
diesel/petrol engine drive they are driven through V- Belts.
Pressure air regulator fitted on the air receiver to control the
loading fitted on each cylinder head when designed precision built up
in the air receiver an intercooler to fitted between the stages for
effective cooling after 2nd stage special tyre of pipe with fines is
provided so that cool compressed air is delivered in the air receiver.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
- BODY: Compressor Body made from high grade castings.
- PISTON: Automotive type low expansion aluminium alloy.
- CYLINDER: Special cast iron deep fired for quick heat dissipation.
- VALVE PLATES: Special stainless steel material for high resistance & high efficiency.
- CRANK SHAFT: Of Special Steel ground to the close tolerance for high efficiency.
- CONNECTING ROD: Is Steel forged big end has ball bearing whereas small end has journal(G.M.)
