Scope of Application

This machine can accurately control length and arrangement of warp yarn. It is suitable for directly warping of various kinds of chopped fiber yarns and is the pre-spinning preparation equipment for various kinds of pirnless looms.

Technical Specifications

The beam drives directly, the stepless setting of the yarn speed is realized by the frequency conversion timing motor, and the speed is constant.

With the help of inclinde rail linear pressure equipment, the pressure is steady and constant, so is the density of the beam winding.

The design of having the beam and guide roller connect together can help have higher accuracy of the length measurement.

The reciprocatinq movement of adjustable reed will be synchronized with revolving of warp beam thus the adjustment is convenient and reliable and the winding yarns will be more uniform and flat.

The gas-liquid conversion clamp brake makes better braking effects for warp beams and rollers. The guide roller adopts electromagnetic brake system.

The interim blowing mechanism can keep clean of reed teeth and the interim time can be freely set.

The operation on pneumatic up & down roller and the loosening & clamping of warp beam can all be indicated by the touching screen, the operation is very convenient, safety and reliable.

To avoid the falling off of the beam in case of sudden power cut or gas stoppage, the safety devices, which can lock the poking fork of the beam when the above cases happer, are provided in the machine.

The composite safety device integrating infrared ray and safety bar can make operation be safer.

The interface of computer-aided touching screen can make operation be convenient and display be clear and visual.

Types of bobbin creel, spindle space and number are optional.

Various tensions, stop motions and static eliminating device are provided.
