Test bench Model SM.777 is a complete modern unit for testing very wide range of Pumps of different international makes such as C.A.V., Bosch, Mica, Skoda, Spica Pal, American Bosch, Simms, Usha, Motor pal and of large capacities, fitted on heavy vehicles, tractors, locomotives, ships and Industrial establishments.
INFINITLY VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE: Electro-mechanical transmission providing speed range 100-3500 RPM, for Models SM-777, for AB, EV, Z, ZV, X, ZWM and distributor type pumps.
MACHINE BODY: of sturdy steel fabrication.
CALIBRATION: Balances each element and ensures correct amount of fuel metered to each cylinder.
PHASING: High pressure phasing.
GOVERNOR SETTING: Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Governors are quickly checked and set.
FUEL GALLERY LEAKAGE: The machine is designed to produce a hydraulic adjustable pressure in the pump gallery up to 300 lbs /in2 (21 kg./cm2) and thus any leakage carefully-observed.
FEED PUMP CHECKING: Various type of feed and lift pumps can be checked for correct functioning and supplying correct amount of fuel at required pressure.
MAX. FUEL IDLLING STOP: These tests are quickly and easily determined with calibration and Governor setting.
