Starting : Cold starting by manual cranking. A detachable pawl type starting handle is supplied.

Fuel System : Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed from fuel tank through felt/fabric/paper element filter. A button filter is also provided at the inlet of Automizer.

Lubrication : Force feed by plunger type lubrication oil pump to large end bearing. Main bearing, cam shaft bush bearing, Rocker arm bushes etc. are Splash lubricated in High speed engines but in slow speed engines value, Rocker bush are manually lubricated and all other parts are splash lubricated. In Double cylinder bearing force feed by Gear type lubricating oil pump to main bearings, large end bearings and oil the parts are splash lubricated.
