De-burring Unit - Stainless Steel Body, Acrylic Cover, Vibratory Screens | Deburring, Dedusting, Tabletop, Adjustable Vibration, Vacuum Connection

Simple tiny, table top unit suitable for straight attachment to the tableting machine's spouts for debarring and de-dusting of tablets. The unit consists of inlet, outlet, stainless steel vibratory screens, acrylic cover, vacuum connection nozzles, compressed air connection and magnetic coil housed in stainless steel body.

OPERATION :

Tablets fall directly from the tableting machine onto top plate and vibrate around the perforated plate, turning over several times, until they fall through aperture onto the next plate - after travelling approximately 3 meters in this phase.

Tablet dedusting and debarring is performed as tablet pass over the vibrating multi-level perforated plates. Vibration intensity can be steplessly adjusted by means of rehostate. Dust is extracted by vacuum or connected to Dust extracting arrangement. On short fall or vacuum, extra filtered compressed air can be blast on tablets to accelerate dedusting.
