Cyclones

TECHFLOW offers high efficiency 'CYCLONES' based on vortex technology. In a TECHFLOW cyclone, air is forced /drawn into the Cyclone tangentially and rotates at high velocity around the inner circumference, and goes down to the bottom cone in a vortex path. The developed centrifugal action seperates the dust particles in the air stream.

The heavier dust is separated from the air by centrifugal action and is deposited in the barrel or hopper. And clean gas goes out from outlet tube. Designing a Cyclone is a state-of-the-art technique.

a cCertain application parameters are to be considered while designing the cyclone like inlet dust load, velocity of air, characteristics of dust, avg. particle size distribution.
a cSome Important issues like outlet tube inside the cyclone, cylindrical portion, conical portion etc. plays an important part in deciding the performance of the cyclone.
a cProper examination of all these gives a high sepration of dust, good product recovery and very low emission levels, which is not possible in conventional designs of cyclones.
