Key Features
1) Corn thresher: Separate the corn seed from the stalks, the threshing depth is adjustable for different kinds of corn size.
2) Lifting conveyor: used to lift the connection of corn seeds to blanching machine, the belt speed is adjustable, easy to clean.
3) Blanching machine: half-cooking the corn seeds, soaking, sterilization, disinfection, etc.
4) Bubble washing machine: Washing corn seeds after blanching. It combines three cleaning methods of air bubble, circulating surfing and high-pressure spraying, quickly cool down temperature of the blanched material.
5) Vibration Machine: Dewatering & removing small pieces at the same time.
6) Air pressure dryer : adopts the high-pressure blowers to blow off water attached on the surface of food with high efficiency.
