Copper tuyere should not only withstand high temperature more than 1500 degree but also flush of hot iron liquid, and also friction of slags inside the furnace. So depend on different engineering of the furnace, its structure should have different design such as single chamber, double chamber spiral, straight chamber and ecentrice chamber etc.
The material used is high purity copper which has copper content more than 99.9% to keep its rigidness and strength when operating in the hot air condition with its water cooling effect.
