Cooker Extruder

Our company is manufacturing and exporting of Cooker Extruder to our patrons. This is designed for cooking food ingredients like wheat, corn, rice, tapioca, cassava, etc. The machine is having preconditioning tank at top to add steam and water to the mix before extrusion. After this, material is processed in the extruder which may have water and steam addition arrangement, special screw and barrel cooks all the ingredients and extrudes through the die having the shape of product desired. The machine is adapted for starch modification from natives of maize, rice or cassava, potato, etc. to increase the water absorption index having cold water solubility of these starches.
