Includes heavy duty mixing chamber jacketted to permit cooling to remove extra heat. Products are masticated inside the W shaped vessel by action of two heavy counter rotating rotor with hardened blades of opposite hands. Due to high motor power, the polymer is masticated and mixed. The discharge is through automatic tilting of mixing chamber through 120 degree by geared motor. Drive is through high power motor and helical gear box for increased torque and mixing power at differential speed of the rotors.
