Brief description of the system.

Controls designed for high end machines consists of pneumatic / powder brakes of required capacity for unwind station. Other controls for unwind station such as web guiding, pneumatic / electrical core chucking controls are provided as per the design of the machine. The main nip drive, rewinder drives of required capacities are provided and synchronized through dedicated synchronizing softwares. The rewider controls provided are suitable for both differential shafts and normal shafts. Tension control softwares based on ultrasonic diameter sensors / load cells feedback ensure perfect tension controls and good rewound rolls. E-p convertors are provided to control pneumatic differential shaft control. Complete machine controls are based on premium PLC and high resolution graphic touch screen is provided for parameter settings and display. The plc control and display is programmed to make the machine user friendly and very simple to operate and at the same time it incorporates all complex functions which makes the machine perform at its best even at very high speeds.
