Single Carriage double System with Gripper and Cutter with Fast Reverse Return function, high-position roller

Racking System :
Controlled by servo motors programmable racking range upto 2 inches on both sides and work by micro adjustable position with dual racking mechanism.

Cam System :
Composite cam design, each system can perform Loop+Tuck+Not knitting simultaneously.

Transfer Cam :
Compound Knitting cam system, each system can transfer from front to back, back to front or both front to back and back to front simultaneously without direction restriction, Auto racking and auto receiving.

Stitch Density :
32 selections of density, controlled by step motor, adjustable range: 0-650 machine have extra stitch line adjustment function (various stitch density)

Yarn Carriers :
