This is Computerised Brinell Hardness Tester with PC based optical tube. This tube can, as well, be directly fitted in your optical Brinell hardness tester to convert basic machine to PC based hardness tester.

This is low cost, yet reliable

The system measures indentations made with 5mm/10mm indenters. The Resolution of measurement is 0.01mm.

Applications:
1. to measure Brinell hardness directly on machine this avoids eye straining of operator for production testing. In addition it gives far better repeated accuracy.
2. This facility can be offered to manufacturers of basic hardness tester as well as end user of an old optical Brinell hardness tester.
3. This system can virtually eliminate operator influence on test result.

Various options are:
1. Kit with Auto / Semi auto / Manual mode of measurement.
2. Kit with Remote / Auto / Semi auto / Manual mode of measurement.
3. PC based Brinell Hardness Tester including option 1 or 2.
4. Fully Automatic PC based Brinell Hardness Tester including option 2 and auto cycle mode.

Remote measurement option has auto measure by pressing a switch on machine and doesna t need to access PC for measure command. This reduces overall operating time.

Scope of Supply for option 1 or 2:
1) one optical tube containing CCD Camera, optics and illumination systems with connecting cable.
2) Interface box.
3) BRINSYS software for Windows XP.
4) PC or LAPTOP and windows XP operating systems are to be procured by customer.
