BGL is a part of the multifaceted BHORUKA GROUP. Bhuruka is manufacturing 9 gas products in India which are import substitute and we are handling more than 150 types of gases and liquids. Bhuruka is the only manufacturer in India to do all the first times, such as Helium purification upto 99.9999%, Hydrogen purity 99.9999%, Methane 99.9995%, Oxygen 99.999% Bhuruka is the only one manufacturers of R290, R600 and R600a in India. The plant built in Europe and commissioned in India. The plant capable of producing high purity Propane-99.99% and Isobutane-99.99%. We have a state of art of the facility in Bangalore India meeting international standard. We are presently handling about 2500 cylinders per year. The facility includes safe handling of 80 lts, 140 lts water capacity cylinders, sophisticated internal cleaning process using US make machine for these cylinders, 300 bar filling benches with suitable safety accessories. State of art Gas mixing equipment from Europe , Gas analysis for verification of composition and purity of gases filled. The analysis is carried out using Gas Chromatography, and accurate moisture meter. Our facility also include water bath for leak checking.
