CNC Round Pipe Hydraulic Punching Machine is a fully automatic CNC punching machine horizontally hedged by two hydraulic cylinders. Two sets of hydraulic cylinders will punch round tubes from opposite sides, to facilitate the punching arete removal and prevent it from getting stuck in the punching die. The operator loads the pipe into the punching molds, and the machine servo feeder will feed pipes automatically according to the set distance and punch the hole automatically. The operator sets data in the touch screen, and the PLC control system will automatically save the parameters, such as pipe length, holes quantity, hole distance, pipe quantity, and then the machine will automatically complete the punching.
