Model SJ758J rapier loom series are developed based on SJ758 rapier loom series, Chinese Patent no. 03255908.9, mainly used to weave glassfiber, plastic string, synthetic fiber and various other fibers into fabrics of different specifications.

It adopts conjugation cam shedding device to lift the heald frames, which provides a longer shed openning time, and shorterns the friction time between the weft and warp yarns, and sharply reduces the warp broken rate. The heald frame horizontal movement is reasonably designed to provide a stable performance. Weaving parameters can be changed swiftly and easily.

Special grippers are applied in this loom to provide stable and reliable wefting and weft yarn connection.
