Cfi Rollo Band Filter

We manufacture a range of filters that offer excellent level of filtration and are widely used in air-conditioning and ventilation systems. Our filters are capable of purifying air going into air-conditioning units and processed air. Our products are also used as pre-filter in different industries like:

Our engineers have made these filters from fibre glass/ polyester media that is treated with special thi-oxy-tropic gel resin and is fitted in a steel frame. We offer a pressure switch with this unit that automatically activates. On increase of differential pressure, this switch rolls down the media. We have also provided limit switch as well as hooters for indicating the end of media. This unit is driven by a fractional horse powered geared motor with very low RPM. Our products are offered in the following specifications: recommended air velocity : 2 m/sec, initial pressure drop : 8 - 12 mm Wg., final pressure drop : 45 A 50 mm Wg., average synthetic dust Wt. Arrestance: 90 - 95% As per BS, EN, 779 & ASHRAE 52.1, average atmospheric dust efficiency (micronic) : 45% using laser-based particle counter.
