Cfi Pocket Bag Filter

We manufacture CFI Pocket Bag Filters to be used in air conditioning and general ventilation applications. Constructed from three distinctive filter media for fulfilling a specific duty. The first stage of glass fiber acts as a pre-filter for dust holding capacity for a longer life, the second that is super fine filter media for capturing dust particles as low as 1 microns and the third layer that is cerex backing helps in preventing fibre migration. Our products are used in hospitals, power stations, pharmaceutical industries where very high efficiency of filtration is needed. The different specifications are : recommended air velocity : 1.2 m/sec. to 2m/sec, initial pressure drop: 10 - 12 mm Wg., final pressure drop: 20 - 25 mm Wg. (when filter needs change), average synthetic dust Wt. Arrestance: 98 - 99% As per BS, EN. 779 & ASHRAE 52.1, average atmospheric dust efficiency (micronic): 95 - 98% using laser based particle counter.
