4.1.1 The cell voltage function is default instrument settings, cana t be choose,
4.1.2 Other test functions can choose. Once it be chosen , the tester will test it; otherwise it wona t. So users can choose the test items as they need.
4.1.3 Users can adjust all the functional parameters by pressing the numeric pad. (set the upper limit and lower limit as they need).
4.1.4 If the test result within our presetting range,it will indicatea Passa .
4.1.5 If the test result beyond our presetting range,it will indicatea NG",
In the display of a NGa ,the charactera s background color will be deepened., meanwhile will make a beep.

4.2 Capacity Testing
