The main description:
Cationic surface sizing agent is a new type of surface sizing agent that synthesized by the copolymerization of styrene and ester. It can efficiently combinate with starch and lead to good cross link intensity and hydrophobic properties. With lower dosage, lower cost and easy use advantages, it has good film-forming property which can significantly improve the water-resistance and ring-crush strength of board paper and corrugated paper.No curing period.Completely replace the usage of internal sizing agent.

The main Application:
Its correspondence product name is BK532.Based on large quantity application experience in varies paper mills,we improve the recipe day by day,finally quality is the top grade in the market.It can be used with starch to reduce sizing cost.It also has good mechanical stability with less bubbles generated during the operational process.After finish the starch cooking,keep the temperature at about 70-75, add in this product based on 1-2kg per ton paper(actual dosage should be depend on practice), use alum to adjust the PH to be 3.5-4.0,then metering in size press.

Packing & storage:
Packing: 200kgs PP drum or 1000kgs IBC drum
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. When loading and unloading, you should take care to prevent packaging and containers being damaged, avoiding leakage.
