Used as heating element as well as furnace hearth, the carbon tube is 1.6 meters long, its inner diameter is I 126 / I 128. The furnace temperature is from 1400c to 2300c. It is capable of producing tungsten carbide powder running continuously with large quantity.
High-temperature molybdenum wound furnace :
The furnace chamber is made of corundum and the molybdenum filaments are hanged on the two side walls of the hearth outside the chamber. The furnace temperature is up to 1650c. H2 is used as process gas.
The charge and discharge of boats are automatically controlled by PLC. It is a perfect type of furnace to produce uniform and fine tungsten carbide powder and sinter cemented carbide in H2 atmosphere. It runs continuously with large quantity.
